Ingredients:
Egg-4
Onion- 1small(Finely chopped)
Tomato- 1 small(Finely chopped)
Green chilli-3(Chopped)
Ginger-1inch(Chopped)
Chilli powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Pepper powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Turmeric powder- Pinch of it.
Salt-as per taste
Oil-1 Tea spoon
Coriander leaves(Chopped)
How to prepare:
1.Take a bowl , add all the ingredients and beat well.
2.Take a frying pan , add oil & then pour egg mixture.
3.Fry both sides.
4.You can have Omlette with tomato sauce or with bread.
