Ragi Malt

Ingredients :
Ragi powder -2 Table spoon
Jaggery -1Table spoon
Ghee -1/2 Tea spoon
Milk -1/4 cup
Water-3/4 cup
Cardamom powder-1/4 Yes spoon
How to prepare:
1.Dry roast whole ragi in a pan.
2.Add ragi in to mixer grinder and make a smooth powder.
3.Take a vessel, put water (3/4th cup)  ,heat it for a minute then add milk ,jaggery and stir well, add cardamom powder.
4.Cook it for 2-3minutes , till it becomes little thick.
5.Finally add ghee to it (it's optional)
6.Healthy Ragi malt is ready.
