POTATO-OKRA (Bendi) Fried Curry

Ingredients:

Potato- 2 medium sized(Chopped in to small pieces)
Okra (Bendi)- 200gm(Chopped in to small pieces)
Oil- 1 Table spoon
Urid daal- 1/2 Tea spoon
Mustard-1/2 Tea spoon
Curry leaves-10-15 leaves
Cumin powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Pepper powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Chilli powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Corinader powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Garam masala powder-1/2 Tea spoon
Turmeric powder- Pinch of it
Salt - 1/2 Tea spoon( Adjust as per taste)

How to prepare:

1.Take a deep bottomed pan , add oil to it.
2.Add urid daal, mustard  and curry leaves.
3.Add chopped potatoes , close the lid and cook for 3-4 mins.
4.Add chooped okra and mix.
5. Add all spice powder and salt, saute  it.
6.Cook it in low flame , sauté in between.
7.Adjust salt as per your taste.
8.Check whether  potato & Okra is cooked.
9.If its done turnoff the flame.
10. Simple potato -okra curry is ready.
