Vermicelli Payasam

Ingredients :
Vermicelli -100gm
Sugar -1/2cup
Ghee  -1 Table spoon
Cashew nuts -10
Dry grapes -10
Cardamom powder -1/4 Tea spoon
Milk -3cups

How to prepare:
1.First take a pan ,put ghee,now
add vermicelli &  fry it for few mins,
Keep this aside.
2.Take deep bottomed pan ,add milk ,sugar & stir it.
3.now add Vermicelli and allow it to cook for few mins,then add cardamom powder,
heat it in a medium flame,keep stirring in between.
4.Take another pan ,add ghee , fry cashewnuts & dry grapes.
5.Finally add cashews & grapes  to vessel containing vermicelli,Cook untill payasam becomes thicker.
6.Tasty payasam is ready to serve.
