Pepper Chicken

Ingredients:

1/2 kg chicken

Curry leaves -10-15

2 large onions, paste

1 large tomatoe ( you can grind and make a puree)

1 Tbsp garlic and Ginger paste

2 tsp coriander powder

2 tsp cumin powder

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garam masala powder

2 Tbsp oil

 3 green chilli

Salt to taste

ginger- 2 inch

Garlic- 3 cloves

 Water

Chopped coriander

How to Prepare:

1.Heat oil in a pan add  onion paste, garlic & ginger paste & curry leaves sauté  till golden brown.

2.Add tomato puree, saute it & then add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.

3. Make a paste of ginger , garlic , green chilli and coriander leaves , add this to above
masala.

4.Add chicken pieces into the pan . mix it well.

5.Add 1/4 cup of water and stir. close the lid.

 6. keep medium flame , check whether chicken is cooked.

7.Finally add chopped coriander leaves.

 pepper chicken is ready to serve.
